I am vacating my apartment on the 31st of Oct and it is available from the 1st of Nov.

Anybody interested to rent it and purchase the house items, please forward this email and the attachment.

The apartment is 2 bed room, all wooden floor except in kitchen & bath. 1st Floor, Elevator, no need for lift to move items. Excellent location in Evere. Avenue des Anciens Combattants 90, Evere, Belgium

The rent is € 825 + 95 (maintenance). Water & Electricity is separate. There is no gas charges as everything is electrical.

I need to know if anyone would be interested to rent by this Wednesday (18th Sep), as after that the rental company has people that are interested to rent.
