house available for rent

Hi All,

My apartment in Brussels (Av Des Anc Combattants 89, Evere 1140) is available for rent from January for two months. 

It is a furnished apartment (Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Bed etc). 

For now it is only available for two months. 

Expected rent is 850 + 150 (provision for heating and water) Euros.

The cost of utilities (internet + electricity) is 27 + 49 Euros respectively.

Please let me know if you or your friend is interested in renting out.

Please understand that currently it is available only for two months and during this time, it is not possible to register at the commune from this address.
