Help regarding Work Permit in Belgium

Dear all,

I am Darshan, from Bangalore, India. I finished my Master's in France and I have been offered a job by a Belgium Company (a small firm).
Since, its the first time for them to hire an international citizen they are not aware of how to obtain work permit etc...
The company is trying from their side, but also asked me if I could also get some information regarding this so that it will fasten the process.

If there is anyone in this group who has got the job in Belgium after their graduation in Europe or directly been come from India, please let me know
the procedure for obtaining the work permit.
