Searching for an accommodation in Ulm

Hello all,
I'm Sriram studying at Karlsruhe. I have to move to Ulm for about 6
months starting 1st november for my thesis. But I haven't been able to
find an accommodation yet. Please let me know if you are aware of any
free rooms or if someone is moving out...
Any room available for a shorter period is also fine as searching for
a room while staying in Ulm might be easier (?)....
