Issuance of Tanker Endorsements to seafarers other than officers and Ratings' Watch-keeping Certific

Dear All

 

          Latest development for Indian mariners welfare, hearing the following from known circles, will anybody confirm this

 

You may collect the application forms from your company(fosma companies only), completed in all respects, (as if it was being submitted by the seafarers to MMD Exam Centre) along-with the requisite fees payable to the "Principal Officer, MMD, Mumbai" as Bank Draft and forward to us via the Company's representative.

 They  will issue the Tanker Endorsement or the Ratings' Watch-keeping Certificate, as the case may be, and hand over to your representative, for onward delivery to the seafarer concerned at your office.

 

This service will take time and may not be available immediately, However candidates who are interested can check with FOSMA office directly or your company directly.
