Hello!
My name is Sarah Parker, and I am the Quantum Outreach Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I wanted to reach out because I run a program that I believe would be of interest to the teachers in AAPT Indiana. It's called the Wonders of Quantum Physics, and essentially, I develop NGSS-aligned kits based on the principles of quantum physics and send them out to classrooms across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana for free. I usually send them out end of March/beginning of April, so that these kits are in classrooms for World Quantum Day (April 14th). The kits range in topic from polarization, electron transitions, wave-particle duality, and the new one this year will be a game based on the different types of building blocks for quantum computers—qubits!
Thank you,
Sarah Parker (she/her/hers)
