Need Help in term of developers

Dear all,

    I am working hard to develop "massive scalable e-learning platform" specially for poor countries like India and Africa (poor in terms of resources , technology and internet bandwidth). for last 6 month , I am working on it . But i am only person with me. it is hard for you too believe that this will the next big thing form India, But I do not have developers with me, so i am not working efficiently. Recent I presented in Bangalore . If if anybody interested in this concept I can speak on it. right now i am in bangalore. Please help me to develop this "e-learning" platform. millions of students are waiting for it. Also please suggest me how I can make my own foundation and get funding to run such project.
