Future job prospects is very good, provided one maintains very good academic results during the master studies. If you can start learning Norwegian language as soon as you start your master studies, it willl become added bonus. Keep an eye on the Norwegian courses offered by the NTNU.
Work visa is, generally, taken care by the companies where you start working after your studies. I haven't heard of any exceptions yet in this regard. But with your Student visa, you will also get part-time work permit for upto 20 hours per week.
