Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are aware, the two days National Conference of ISRT (NCISRT-2015) has been concluded successfully in GMC Chandigarh on 26-09-2015 with a good participation of 400 delegates from all over India having variety of scientific presentations in all streainaugurated the Conference in the presence of Members of Parliament and other dignitaries.

One of the major demands we put forward before the Ministry of Health, prior to our Conference was to establish the statutory professional Regulator for Allied Health Professions in center, which has been a long pending one of ISRT and other AHP organizations. While replying to this specific demand raised by the President and General Secretary of ISRT in their speech, Shri. Naddajee ensured that his Ministry is obliged to establish a Central Council for Paramedical professions and he sought inputs for the same from all.

Amazingly, the MoH notified a Draft Bill seeking public opinion for enactment even before introducing in Parliament with in seven days. The National Newspapers have given due importance to this move. More over, ISRT has got invitation from NIAHS-TSU MoH to submit its suggestions and comments.

In these circumstances, ISRT plans to seek your valuable opinion before preparing the representation. Enclosed is the file giving the details of different clauses of Bill.
