Dear friends,
Greetings from I.S.R.T and A.L.A.R.A Informative Pages.
With great pleasure, I would like to introduce I.S.R.T. (Indian Society of Radiographers and Technologists). ISRT is a registered society and a Non Governmental Professional Body performing the Non-Statutory professional regulation by recognizing qualified individuals and also promoting the comprehensive Professional Development and Community Development of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists. Our main motto is to create professionalism amongst our members to cope up with the present.
Our State Chapters and Academic Clubs are being operated in 14 States and Union Territories. We are planning to reach the other states soon. We are regularly conducting academic lectures in our Academic Clubs in several cities all over India.
To add more benefit to our members and other medical personal, we have extended the circulation of “A.L.A.R.A.Inofrmative Pages”, a monthly magazine publishing from Kerala from the last 18 years, to National Level. Our pilot issue rolled out last month (June 2015) which received an over whelming welcome from all corners of India and abroad. This magazine is being published to benefit the Radiology family members working in different disciplines. I hope this magazine shall update the knowledge and new innovations to all Radiographers and Radiology Technologists alike. Being the First National magazine for Radiographers and Radiology Technologists in India, we are trying to include diagnostic and therapeutic radiology articles. We shall try to add more diversified contents in the future issues.
we are expecting your contribution through academic articles to the upcoming editions of ALARA, which will benefit all of us.
Your whole hearted support will allow us to grow more high and by publishing this magazine we hope it will help the readers to get more knowledge and awareness of radiation, different diseases, its diagnostic values and therapeutic methods shall lead to a healthy community.
