participation for international day @ BTH on 30th of sept 2010

Hello friends,
It is time for another big event at Blekinge Tekniska Hogskola(BTH),
we hope all of you are aware of the international day in the coming
week i.e. 30th of September(Just a few days so let us act fast) . For
those who are not aware this is a call to participate and those who
already know about this event it is a time to act. I hope many of you
might want to see something creative in our stall . It would be of
immense pleasure if you can share your ideas as your suggestions, your
input is of great value and we would respect everyone’s suggestion.
It is chance to present our traditions and culture to show to other
communities in BTH how beautiful our culture would be, let us try to
showcase” unity in diversity”. This chance can bring a focus on our
Indian community and give us more chances to be social and maintain
amiable relations with all other communities at BTH.
So all who are interested to participate and help us in arranging the
stall(since it is not a single person but the whole Indian community
and “you” are a part of it ) As you are a part of this community, we
would be pleased to take your suggestions in order to showcase
something significant and to make sense. We would be pleased to meet
you in cafeteria tomorrow i.e. sept 22nd at 5:00 pm in j block i.e.
the new building. We will discuss some issues to further make things
easier .meeting will last for a max of 45 mins.

we will get back to you.
