reg invitation and reception

Hi everyone,

The updates of reception department are as follows

We have decided the design of the poster as well as the
invitation. We will give posters to the publicity department as soon
as the printing is done.

We have decided to invite the professors, PhD students of all the
departments in BTH will be invited by mail. We will also try to
handover the invitation in person to as many as possible by Monday. We
have selected some persons who are familiar with the faculty in order
to invite them personally.

If you want to invite any of your professor personally please to
contact me by Sunday. We will give you an invitation .Please do update
us with the information whether they are attending the event so as to
book a seat for them.

In order to book a seat for a professors invited personally by
you .We need to get an update from your side at least three days
before the event stating that a particular professor is attending the
event .

We need three juniors who can handle the jackets in the reception
of rotundan. Interested persons please do contact me.

If anyone has any ideas which would help us manage the event better
please do feel free to contact us
