Day 1! We just have a count of hours to the Event!

We are happy to know that we got a fund of 20,000 plus!

All the food tockens were distrubuted to our Indian students today at
cafeteria!

Have a look at the Agenda of the event!

Our event starts at 18.00

1. Welcome Speech by Mr.Gurudutt Velpula
2. Lighting up of candles by the chief guests accompanied with flute
by Vamsi and guitar by Praveen
3. Speech by one of Chief Guests
4. Inauguration dance by Jyothi (Classical)
5. Dance by Kalyan Group (Vandemataram song)
6. Live Music Band by Srini, Venkat Shravan, Sneha, Vamsi (Flute),
Rufus (Keyboard), Praveen (Guitar) and Phani Shashank(Drums)
7. Group Dance by Veena, Aparna and Sushma
8. Group Dance by Shravan, Damodhar and Adityateja
9. Solo performance by Manasa
10. Solo performance by Sushma
11. Group Dance by Manasa, Veena and Aparna
12. Group Dance by Prabhu, Sneha and Jyothi
13. Vote of Thanks


We have few words to tell all of you..!
Sincere request from the Organizers,Be at Rotandan by 17.30..!
Every Indian student at the event tomorrow is a Host..!
Lets show to other communities at BTH, How good and beautiful Indians
can be together..!
Be a host and respect our guests..! Have a smile on your face and
welcome evreyone from your heart..!
People like India and let them fall in love with India by seeing our
presentation of care and culture...!

Students who are attending their labs or assignments, don't worry!
Stay cool and then try
to come to attwwns the Event by 18.00,

Students who are free from other works can come and help Colours group
for decoration of Rotandan..please come and join us at 7.00

You might be forgetting one thing ..... the one thing everyone would
be excited about...guess what!!!

We have a disco night at the end of the day......to relax, enjoy,
perform and rock the dance floor!!!
