Binu jee,

I think you are absolutely right and I totally agree that IIISLA should initiate action against the Violators.
But as per the present scenario all the leaders are simply involved in presenting themselves before the Ministers, but they not been able to convert these opportunities to advantage of the members. I hope they will all wake up and initiate some thing good for the common members.

Dear Surveyors,

The Central Council, Chapter Council, Zone Council and Unit Council are not coming up with solutions faced by the Surveyor Community, Many of the Insurers are not at all paying the Eligible TA and DA. Private Insurers are Violating 64 UM, Dealers are Violating MISP Norms. Surveyors are submitting Survey Reports even without doing the Survey and Visiting Workshops.

Violations and Violations are on the rise. Only Photos with Ministers is being floated and Webinars to Please Insurers is going all around. The preparation for election has also started in the form of certain Germinations.

IRDAI is playing with the Surveyor Profession and helping the Private Sector Insurers to violate all the norms. Even if the liability is less than 50% of IDV all the Private Sector Insurers are considering the vehicle for Total Loss but if the Policy has an Invoice Protection Option, they are settling the claim even if the liability is more than 85% of the IDV. Who will control such Illegal Activities?.

Private Sector Insurers are forcing Workshops to violate the MISP Regulations. Some of the Private Sector Insurers have even threatened the Dealers and Surveyors. All PSU's are violating SMP Regulations.

If IRDAI as a regulator does not have the methods or ability to control the violations, what will be the situation faced by the insuring public?

Manufacturers of vehicles are coming up with labour schedules with no relation to the man-hour and other factors, which is enabling the dealers to loot the public money. .

Till date nobody from IIISLA has lodged a protest against the violations made in Surveyor Regulation Amendment 2020 with reference to the Working Committee Decisions. IIISLA membership will not be mandatory in future and IIISLA can be out of the scope of the Finance Ministry and IRDAI.

Mr.Rahul Jadav, Mr.Vipin Shukla, Mr.Ajay Giridhar, Mr.A.R.Ramesh, Mr.Tanmoy Sarkar, Mr.R.G.Desai, Mr.Sreekumar Pillai, Mr.Daljeet Singh, and All Chapter Councils wake up the lockdown has been lifted. This is the final call for the council members to save the sinking IIISLA and Independent Surveyor Profession by Anchoring in the Safe Shores of Independent Surveyors.

Issue Letters to All Private Sector Insures for Stopping all Illegal Activities with Copies to IRDAI and Finance Ministry.
Issue Letter to All PSU's to pay eligible TA and DA.
Issue Letter to All PSU's to follow the SMP Regulations and Empanel all the Eligible Surveyors.
Issue Letters to Vehicle Manufacturers and Dealers to stop violating MISP Regulation.
Issue Letter to IRDAI to draft norms to prevent all the violations stated above.
Issue Letters to Chapters to Catch hold of Surveyors Signing Survey Reports for Private Sector Insurers.
Issue Letter to GST Vigilance to check the GST violations made by Private Sector Insures and Dealers.
