based on perception voters are deem to value the candidate with mindset reflection. perception is derived from mainly wise and useful decessions executed and would be executed .even then, perception is not reality.

We need to amend AoA, but not as per the wish of dictators, as they claim " we need amendments in line with regulation". We need to amend it to make IIISLA self regulating and powerful. One such example is that today IIISLA does not have power to remove the members, with the help of you all from all corners of the country we have listed out more than 300 employees who are members. The so called well wishers have never sought permission from IRDA.

Many amendments are  to be done to protect our independent nature. For these we need experienced hands. I request all voters to come forward and save IIISLA.
