Since we took over as  CC, L G and team lodged following WP s  along with so many Civil applications  on us which took toll of our/ INSTITUTES time money and energy , these WPs were for challeing elections , AGM of the Institute  etc.

4. W.P (C) No. 9030 of 2020: Yogesh Shantaram Patil Versus IRDAI & Ors:

Well known fact of Covid pandamic  situation for half the year work was halted Or  with slow pace in every field of Life .

Our internal non co operation from "No /descent "team in CC.

Friends against all these odds ,we could perform well with the moral support of the members which we should highlight as in the process of blame game these facts should not be missed out and it's our duty to Remind it to the members

1. Free educative Webinars @ 62 for the members 

2. Long pending upgradions of sr members

3.Long pending elections of Chapters and zones.

which previous CCs failed to conduct

4. Proper fight against regulation 2020 whcih resulted into no increase in NSL and delinking of  IIISLA membership.

5. Compliances of Anandam committee report.

6. Legal actions against wrong doers , involved in embazzelment of Institutes Funds.

7. Liasonig with MOF and regulator for charter status.

At the outset we can assure you that No threatenings , false allegations will stop us from working in the interest of the fraternity and Institute with members moral support.

dear sir,

maybe u have missed adding, by error, slapping members with a charge of heave penalty and undue delay in awarding up-gradation.

the real fact is that members are slapped on either side by iiisla and IRDA while the insurer is holding firmly not to miss the slaps.

bureaucrats  and great minds of iiisla make unworthy, impractical and unproductive rules or regulations for administrative sake with many loopbacks enough 

to water money and time.
