                                         WHY THIS TYPE OF THINGS ARE HAPPENING. IF ANY PERSON IS FOUND HARRASHING  A NEW ENTRAINT SURVEYOR, THEN HE[ THE FELLOW WHO HAS TRIED TO HARRASH ] MUST BE PUNISHED AT ANY COST. IN THIS CASE, THOROUGH CHECKING OF REAL FACTS SHOULD BE KNOWN & THEREON TO CO-OPERATE TO THAT FELLOW WHO HAS BECOME VICTIM OF POLITICS. IT IS NOT A SINGLE MAN PROFESSION . IT IS A PROFESSION OF NEW COMERS ALSO. INSTEAD OF HARRASHING, IT BECOMES OUR MORAL DUTY TO CO-OPERATE THE NEW ENTRAINT SURVEYORS.

It has come to my knowledge through reliable source that a surveyor from Delhi Chapter Mr.Shrikant Bharadwaj attempt to suicide on 13th,August 2020 and was still in unconscious position last night and under treatment.
As per information his membership was not being unlocked by concerned office bearer and membership committee. He was continuously trying to regularise his membership from last one year. His licence lapsed in January 2020.
Concerned office bearer deliberately hanged his case and demanding soft copies as well as hard copies of many unwanted  document  repeatedly from him.
At last due to frustration and lacking in minimum survival of family he attempt to suicide. 
As per information a police complaint given in Police Station Gokulpuri ,Delhi by the family of member in the name of Mr.Ajay Girdhar (Vice Chairman / Delhi Chapter Chairman / Member of membership committee) and Mr. DCS Raju (President).
 Mr.SKS Pillai (incharge CC North zone ) , Mr.Ajay girdhar and Mr.Vipin shukla (Both CC Member from North Zone) are requested to put their side in this matter.
I on behalf of north zone council ,all chapter of north zone and members of North zone appeal to President please come on common platform and clarify the matter and resolve the matter.
The medical expenses of member should be born by concerned authorities of CC.

Delay in  membership , empanelment results into exploitation of new entrant by private players , corporate surveyors . 

Scrupulous verification should be there , right at the time of  alloting student membership and upon getting license , but it should be very swift.

 ur personal opinion string on this suicide crime attempt is something like an expression of unhuman kindness.

in the first place, such personnel opinion blisters out much antisocial behavioral thought, whoever may read it sensibly and seriously. 

opinion expression is nothing but concise think out of own observed information derived by individual persuasion of living and resulted in rewards.

maybe ur personal opinion derived out of inner hidden thought much against employee surveyors, the reward to the brain vague observation 

whatever it may be attempting suicide can never be an exercise to practice as referred by u, comes under mental break down.

Maybe, surveyors welfare care attitude shortcoming sparked unbearable frustration leading eventually to such a resort,. it could be official administration or self-care. 

act or rules, pls bear in mind that, can never be amended by any authority by suicide threat in front of them, 

forbid words are always simple regard or award.
