Dear Mr Tripathi,
I generally do not write or comment, but your trailing mail has compelled me to write. Mr Tripathi you are the regional chairman and this type of mails does not suit you. At least respect the post you are holding. You are no body to threaten an elected council. Please refrain your self from writing such type of mail, instead you should have talked to the council regarding the shorcomings , if they do not agree, then you should come on the board.

Council Issued a notice dated 05/08/2020 and notified that for upgradation, three main criteria will be effective
(i) The length of Licence will be 12 years for Associate & 25 years for Fellowship
(ii) No Training required for upgradation process
(iii) Training hour’s requirement is relaxed to ( Zero Hours) as one time facility ie up to 30/08/2020
My submission is :-
1)-Is it not gross violation of AOA of IIISLA & Surveyors Regulations 2015 ?
2)-May Without training /course /curriculum/ Examination module any organization  be recognised as Institution ?
3)-Membership & upgradation is continuous process, how it will be notified as one time facility ?
Aim & objectives of IIISLA :-
​By this notification CC violated all the Rules ,Regulations ,aims & objectives of IIISLA and side line the educational / academic activities of Institute which is basic requirement for granting the charter Status to IIISLA . It is also gross violation of recommendations of different committees who recommended formation of IIISLA for the purpose.
CC is not justifying role of IIISLA as per inclusion of IIISLA in Insurance act,2015.
About Process:-All are requested to please read and analyse the both forms of upgradation .

FELLOW MEMBERSHIP (Zero Hours)
IRDA categorized survey professionals who have been Associate Members for not less than 3 years and who have been holding a valid survey license for an unbroken period of not less than 16 years and had been would be eligible for the Fellow membership of the Institute.
Eligible Associate Members of the Institute who have no out standings dues and who have also remitted subscription fees for the year 2014-2015 and are desirous of scaling up their membership from Associate to Fellow, may fill in the prescribed application form appended hereto.
Qualifying Associate Members who are in default and/or are have yet to remit the subscription for earlier years and the current year would be eligible, once all outstanding payments are cleared and the current year’s subscription is remitted.
All data sought under the forms must be filled in legibly and fully to enable the Institute to consider the application. All applicants are requested to furnish all information called
for, with current email address, current cellular mobile numbers and a soft copy of the latest photograph.
Applicants are requested to enclose all the training certificates conducted by IIISLA & III- Mumbai, Undergone from 2007 to till date as per the training details entered in the 8.D. of the application form. As per guidelines in AOA requirement of minimum 50 hours training is mandatory for upgradation to Fellow Member.
Once the application is approved by the membership committee, the demand note will be send by mail following which only, DD has to be drawn in favor of IIISLA payable at Hyderabad.

As per form and notice different eligible criteria are showing. As per Form Length of licence is still 8 year for Associate & 16 years for Fellow.As per form Training hours are still required.
Conclusion : Whenever Council failed to notify a  simple notice how Council will represent IAC or on other forum?
I request to all elected Zonal And Chapter council members to please keep MUM & silence on the issue because IIISLA is not your,s ,Its only mine.

Dear Khetarpal ji,

You are very right to explain the dirty politics being played by a Senior most post holder of IIISLA north Zone to condemn the working of present CC for which he is very eagre to be next chairman. This is only propaganda for next election.

We being  ordinary members,  have every right to ask from  our north Zone Chairman  the list of achivements procured during his present tenure for the welfare of common Surveyor member.

It is easy to let down others but one should see his mirror also.

Hope no body will mind my observations which are not to hurt anyone but are the prevaling facts.

iiisla is good body but some self interested persons vanish it. see rules and regulations and his AOA of other intuitions which were very hard and long period comparatively. e.g.new entry of surveyor training and exaim  for one year but  valuation minimum five year same others may also. kindly run smoothly iiisla and make it govt. institute  of surveyors not make it personal property or vanish it for self interest.  

ithas likho surveyors ko khtam na karo kuch log kush din kamne ke chakar me profession ko khtam karne me lage hai jald ho jaiyega see" inpect lab demo" jab surveyor hi nahi hoga to iiisla pe kiya raj karoge.

Now, as you have not requested me to sleep and to keep mum, i can only advice you that don't restrict your self up to social media ....If you are damm sure that this council or individual from council are violating services and not rendering proper services to the members, go and file a case of deficiency of individual director in the NCLT ....(believe me they have to fight this case in their individual capacity and not from iiisla money)
