Good morning.
It is decided to take up five projects, karaparamba high school, kulikadavu, bus bay, auto bay and moidu moulavi memmorial immediately towards execution formalities. so MLA pradeep kumar has requested for a prelim drawing and estimate submission by next week. i request all corresponding firms to immediately look into it and submit the same by 5th october.
The corresponding firms also can send us the calculation of the cost that will be incurred for the same for reimbursements.
please mail back if there is any concern and please do acknowledge the receipt of this mail as well.
regarding other projects, it is decided to take up gujarathi street and food street to the next level , the stake holder discussions and to review the designs of streets of change and heritage walk for proper phasing of the project. toilet block design will be taken up once a site is finalised.
