> Indian Institute of Architects Cochin Center on behalf of Shri. Rahul Raghavan, a young enthusiastic Architect hailing from a middle income family at Kanhangad, Kasaragod and completed his Under graduate studies from Govt. College of Engineering Thrissur in 2011. For almost 4 years now, he has been suffering from multiple health problems related to his lower back and abdomen thereby causing immense financial and mental stress to him, his family and circle of friends.

> Although he had been on medication through all these years, it was only as late as april 2014 that the problems became too acute to neglect and thus calling for urgent and detailed examination by reputed doctors. Initially his abdominal problem was diagnosed as OLD BILIARY PANCREATITIS by Dr. Prakash Zacharias of PVS hospital and within a month of having undergone a surgery to remove his gall bladder, he was admitted to Amritha Hospital due to accute back ache under the guidance of Dr D Padmanabha Shenoy. Dr. Shenoy has diagnosed it as a Rheumatological problem namely, SERONEGATIVE SPONDYLOARTHRITIS.

> Both of the above are incurable in medical terms, atleast in the realm of Allopathic treatment and are bound to recur in future in variable degrees. At present, Rahul's ailment is temporarily under control with weekly injections which are highly expensive and unaffordable. More importantly, these are traumatic times for him with hardly any employment and income and sparse support from home. His friends, have been steadfast behind him with financial and mental support.
