Bad Material
When I received this shipment on 2/19/2009 the package was filled with
MOTH BALLS and this smells awful and it has taken several washes to
eliminate the odor. Why would this company place MOTH BALLS in my
package? I emailed 7 Hill Human Hair about the problem an they advised
me to mail material back to India. This was mailed back and I email
ted the shipping label as confirmation.

The company 7 Hill Human Hair let this package sit at the post office
for 1 month be fore picking up. I had to place a trace on the package
with the USPS in the U.S. to get the companies attention.

Once they confirmed they had the package they gave me the excuse the
owner was out of town and they could not make a decision until he
returned to the office. The next communication was to tell me it would
be difficult to issue the money back that I paid and I was asked to
make another purchase, I declined. I advised 7 Hill Human Hair I would
be filing a complaint because of the bad business as an exporter.

From my business position I have had customers complain and complain
about this companies hair the hair is tangle, very dry, and shedding
just from touching. The hair with the problems I mailed back to 7
Hills Human Hair Exporter and after 5 months they have not issued the
money I paid to them for material. This company has poor business
practices and should not be permitted to export material.
