Dont buy from them if you want to save your money

It was towards the end of last year when I contacted this company
Candyface International sometimes called CF International. They deal
in human hair, wefting machines and other products. I was
particulartly intersted in the wefting machine. I contacted the lady
called Sandra Henry(manager). We agreed on the price of the machine as
well as the cost of shipping it to Canada. I asked Sandra if they
offered any training to people purchasing these machines to which she
said they didn't . But a few days later she called me and said she
could give me a one on one training as long as I paid an extra $1870
USD on top of what I had paid for the machine and shipping (she saw an
opportunity to steal). Unfortunately I didn't and I agreed and went
and wired the money. So she said she'd arrange for either herself or
someone from the company to come and train me here in Canada as soon
as the machine arrived. I waited patiently for the machine which
arrived 2 weeks or so later and soon I let her know that I got the
machine. She said she'd come the following week on a Saturday, then
that week came she called me on a Thursday and said she'd been in a
car accident. She promised she'd send her partner as soon as possible
to give me this training. From there on it's been one lie after
another. So I wrote an email suggesting that if she is unable to train
she can just refund me and I can figure out something, that's when she
completely stopped answering my call or emails. I have made numerous
attempts to contact her but nothing. She is a liar, a thief and a scam
artist. If you want to save your money dont ever buy from her.
