We shipped you 100% virgin remy indian human hair. What you returned to us is not virgin hair , due to this we will not be able to exchange your returned goods.
If you would have returned the original hair which we shippped to you, in that case we were ready to exchange.Instead you sold our hair and shipped us some other non virgin hair which you have bought for cheap and trying to exchange.
How do you expect to exchange a remy single drawn hair for remy double drawn hair which is twice the price more than what you have paid.
We can reship your returned goods back and for that the shipping charges has to be paid by you.
What you paid is only for the hair and first time shipping charge. For that we have shipped your hair order in time.
We do not want to hold back your returned product with us. Please send the shipping charges so that we can reship you the returned goods. We have been telling this from the first day of the dispute.
We have the solution and the best thing we can do to solve this issue.
We are ready to solve this dispute legally.
