Rajak Saheb, residing at H.No: 59, Bazar Street, Rompicherla Village & Post, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh – 517192. (The fingerprints remain the same) Despite our ongoing efforts and your UIDAI responses, the issue remains unresolved, and we seek your urgent assistance to address it.
Summary of Previous Communications
1.
Initial
Request (June 12, 2025):
We sent an email to UIDAI on June 12, 2025, with a detailed letter and
supporting documents attached, requesting corrections to Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar
card. The letter outlined the discrepancies in his name, father’s name, and
address, and included five supporting documents for verification.
2.
UIDAI
Response (June 12, 2025):
UIDAI acknowledged our request with Service Request Number (SRN-S2051261933000)
and asked for the Update Request Number (URN) to proceed further.
3.
HHF
Follow-up (June 13, 2025):
In response, we informed UIDAI that Mr. Bavajan provided his Enrolment ID
(0653042344977120200304121239) via WhatsApp, along with a screenshot, as he did
not have the requested URN.
4.
UIDAI
Response (June 14, 2025):
UIDAI replied with Service Request Number (SRN-S2033375323000), stating that
the Aadhaar update request had been processed successfully and that Mr. Bavajan
could download his e-Aadhaar from the UIDAI portal (https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/).
Current Status
Despite UIDAI’s assurance that the update request was processed successfully, we regret to inform you that the problem persists.
Upon checking Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar details, the name, father’s name, and address remain incorrect and have not been updated as requested in our letter dated June 12, 2025.
For your reference, we are reattaching our HHF original letter (dated 12.06.2025) along with the supporting documents.
We kindly urge you to review this letter carefully and take the necessary steps to correct the following details on Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar card:
Clarification on Missing URN
We would like to clarify that Mr. K. Bavajan does not possess the Update Request Number (URN) requested by UIDAI in thier email dated June 12, 2025. Specifically, he does not have the 28-digit URN, including the update number, date (DD:MM:YY), and time (HH:MM:SS), as he has not been provided with this information during his prior attempts to update his Aadhaar details.
Request for Alternative Methods
Given that Mr. Bavajan lacks the URN and the issue remains unresolved despite the reported successful processing, we respectfully request YOU / UIDAI to:
1. Review our attached letter dated June 12, 2025, at your leisure once again for a comprehensive understanding of the issue.
2. Suggest alternative methods or procedures that can be followed to ensure the corrections to Mr. Bavajan’s name, father’s name, and address are successfully implemented on his Aadhaar card.

Dear Sirs,
Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).
We are writing in continuation of our email dated 16.6.2025, and in response to your UIDAI emails dated 16.6.2025, (Service Request Number: SRN-S2085952421000) regarding the correction of name, father’s name, and address on the Aadhaar card of Mr. K. Bavajan, S/o Late K. Rajak Saheb, residing at H.No: 59, Bazar Street, Rompicherla Village & Post, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh – 517192 (Mobile: +91 76786 00328).
Despite your UIDAI communication stating that the update request (URN #06530423456771, dated 04-03-2025, 12:12:39) was processed successfully, Mr. Bavajan has confirmed that the requested corrections to his Aadhaar card have not been implemented. For your perusal and initiation of suitable action, we are attaching:
Update from Mr. Bavajan
In his letter dated 17.06.2025, Mr. Bavajan stated:
“After receipt of the emails from you, I checked my name and other details on the internet and found that there is no change in my Aadhaar Card, as per my request.”
He has requested HHF to pursue the necessary steps with UIDAI to correct his name, father’s name, and address as detailed in our original representation.
Recap of the Issue
As outlined in our letter 12.6.2025, (attached for reference), Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar card contains incorrect details, and he seeks the following corrections:
The attached letter dated 12.06.2025 includes the following supporting documents:
1. Representation from Mr. K. Bavajan dated 10.06.2025.
2. Photocopy of Aadhaar card issued in the name of Rajesh Kumar.
3. Photocopy of SSC Marks Memo in the name of Mr. Kothapeta Bavajan.
4. Photocopy of Secondary School Certificate in the name of K. Bavajan.
5. Photocopy of Mr. Bavajan’s father’s death certificate.
6. A recent passport-size photograph of Mr. Bavajan (pasted on the representation).
Specific Request for Resolution
For the kind attention of the Chief Executive Officer, we would like to highlight that the fingerprints initially taken for Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar card remain unchanged. Using these fingerprints as a base, we request that a fresh Aadhaar card be issued with the corrected name, father’s name, and address as per the submitted documents.
If, for any reason whatsoever, issuing a corrected Aadhaar card using the existing fingerprints is not feasible, we respectfully request the following:
1. Delete Mr. Bavajan’s previous fingerprints and associated details from UIDAI’s records.
2. Provide written confirmation of such deletion to enable Mr. Bavajan to apply for a fresh Aadhaar card at Rompicherla Village, where he currently resides.
Request for Further Assistance
We kindly urge your esteemed authority to:
1. Investigate why the corrections have not been reflected, despite the reported successful processing of the update request (URN #06530423449771).
2. Provide alternative methods or additional steps to ensure the corrections are implemented, given Mr. Bavajan’s prolonged challenges.
3 Share a timeline for resolution to prevent further delays, as these corrections are critical for Mr. Bavajan’s access to essential services and benefits.

Dear Sirs,
Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).
We are writing to express our serious concern regarding the persistent failure to correct the name, father’s name, and address on the Aadhaar card of Mr. K. Bavajan, S/o Late K. Rajak Saheb, residing at H.No: 59, Bazar Street, Rompicherla Village & Post, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh – 517192 (Mobile: +91 76786 00328), despite repeated assurances from UIDAI that the updates have been processed successfully.
This email follows our previous correspondence, including our email dated 17.06.2025, and is in response to your emails dated 19.06.2025 & 20.6.2025 (Service Request Number: SRN-S2025459142000).
Summary of Recent Developments
In your emails dated 19.06.2025, UIDAI stated that Mr. Bavajan’s case was assigned to the concerned division and subsequently resolved (20.6.2025 at 1:29 AM), with the following comment:
“It is to inform that your request got completed. While the postal copy of the updated Aadhaar letter is being printed and posted, you are requested to download e-Aadhaar from UIDAI Website www.UIDAI.gov.in.”
Following this, we advised Mr. Bavajan to visit the Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Rompicherla Village to verify the updates. Accompanied by his paternal uncle, he presented printouts of your emails dated 19.06.2025 and 20.06.2025 at the Kendra. However, the officials informed him that no changes have been made to his Aadhaar card details, contrary to UIDAI’s confirmation.
Confirmation from Mr. K. Bavajan
In his letter to HHF dated 20.06.2025, Mr. Bavajan stated:
“On verification, the officials informed me that there are no changes in my Aadhaar card details as furnished in the UIDAI email dated 20.6.2025. In view of the above, I request you to kindly pursue with the UIDAI and get my Name and other details in the Aadhaar Card, at the earliest possible.”
This persistent discrepancy is deeply concerning, as it hinders Mr. Bavajan’s access to essential services and benefits, which our organization is committed to facilitating.
Recap of the Issue and Prior Communications
Since early June 2025, HHF has been advocating for Mr. Bavajan to correct the following details on his Aadhaar card, as outlined in our letter dated 12.06.2025 (attached):
Despite multiple UIDAI responses claiming successful processing SRN-S2025459142000, the corrections have not been implemented, as verified by Mr. Bavajan at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
For your perusal and immediate action, we are attaching:
Specific Grievance and Proposed Solutions
We are deeply troubled by the repeated assurances of successful processing without actual updates to Mr. Bavajan’s Aadhaar card. This discrepancy suggests a systemic issue in the processing or verification of the update request. To resolve this, we reiterate our suggestion from our email dated 17.06.2025:
Requests for Immediate Action

Subject: URGENT: DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION - Persistent Failure to Update Aadhaar Details for Mr. K. Bavajan Despite Repeated UIDAI Confirmations

Shri S. Krishnan, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (secr...@meity.gov.in)
Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).
This email serves as an urgent and emphatic demand for immediate explanation and swift resolution regarding the critical and unacceptable failure to update the Aadhaar card details of Mr. K. Bavajan (Mobile: +91 76786 00328). This persistent discrepancy, despite explicit UIDAI confirmations, represents a profound systemic lapse directly impacting a citizen's access to fundamental services.
Chronology of Unresolved Grievance - A Record of Unfulfilled Assurances:
Our involvement in rectifying Mr. K. Bavajan's Aadhaar card details commenced in early June 2025. The required corrections for his Name, Father's Name, and Address were first formally communicated by HHF in our letter dated 12.06.2025 (initial representation with supporting documents, attached). The full sequence of communications, highlighting all UIDAI emails received to date, is as follows:
12.06.2025: HHF Letter - Initial formal request for Aadhaar correction, outlining necessary changes.
17.06.2025: HHF Email - Follow-up communication to UIDAI seeking resolution on Mr. Bavajan's case.
19.06.2025: UIDAI Email from he...@uidai.gov.in (Service Request Number: SRN-S2025459142000) - This crucial email explicitly stated that the request for Mr. Bavajan's Aadhaar update was "completed," with an assurance that the postal copy was being printed and e-Aadhaar could be downloaded from the UIDAI website. This communication indicated that the matter had been referred to the concerned department and subsequently resolved.
20.06.2025: UIDAI Email from he...@uidai.gov.in (Service Request Number: SRN-S2025459142000) - This email further reiterated the completion of the task, reinforcing the prior day's assurance.
20.06.2025: Mr. K. Bavajan's Letter to HHF - Crucially, following these explicit UIDAI confirmations, Mr. Bavajan visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra and verified that no changes were reflected in his Aadhaar card details. This directly contradicted the official UIDAI emails.
As of this date, HHF has received two distinct emails from UIDAI (he...@uidai.gov.in), dated 19.06.2025 and 20.06.2025, both of which reference Service Request Number: SRN-S2025459142000 and confirm the successful completion of the update request. Despite these multiple official assurances, the necessary corrections remain unapplied. This alarming contradiction demands immediate clarification and a comprehensive explanation for this abnormal and unconscionable delay.
Immediate Solutions Demanded:
To rectify this critical issue, HHF reiterates its demand for one of the following immediate actions:
Issue New Aadhaar with Existing Fingerprints: Utilize Mr. Bavajan’s valid existing fingerprints to immediately issue a fresh Aadhaar card with all required corrections.
Delete Records & Facilitate New Application: If the above is not feasible, UIDAI must immediately and definitively delete Mr. Bavajan’s previous fingerprints and associated details from its records, providing written confirmation of this deletion. This will enable him to apply for a fresh Aadhaar card without further impediments.
Non-Negotiable Demands for Action:
We unequivocally demand that your esteemed authority:
Investigate thoroughly why confirmed corrections are not reflected (SRN-S2025459142000, URN #06530423449771).
Verify if Enrolment ID (0653042344977120200304121239) aligns for processing and rectify any discrepancies.
Confirm Aadhaar Seva Kendra's findings against UIDAI records and address divergences.
Provide clear, definitive alternative methods for immediate correction.
Commit to a precise, non-negotiable timeline for resolution.
As a dedicated non-profit organization, HHF relies on your expertise and swift action to uphold social justice for vulnerable individuals. We demand immediate intervention to resolve this grievance.
Please acknowledge receipt and provide a detailed, action-oriented response outlining concrete steps and a definitive timeframe for resolution. We expect a positive outcome without further delay.
Thank you for your immediate and decisive attention to this critical issue.
