Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).

We are forwarding the below communication from Mrs. P. Samanthakamani (Widow of Late Dr. P.V. Chandrasekharan, Retd. Director of Medical Education, (AP), regarding the non-clearance of her medical reimbursement claim despite repeated follow-ups.

Key Concerns Highlighted:

1. All required documents were submitted via Registered Post to the DME’s office (Vijayawada) on 6th January 2025.

2. No confirmation, status update, or resolution has been provided to date.

This delay is causing significant distress to the beneficiary, and we urge your office to expedite this matter immediately. Failure to resolve this at the earliest will compel HHF to escalate the issue through appropriate channels.

We trust you will prioritize this long-pending grievance.

Despite our repeated representations and submission of all required documents through the Registered Post to 

the DME's office at Vijayawada on 6.1.2025.  So far we have not received any confirmation nor the status on

the medical reimbursement request.  Could you please endorse and support HHF to pursue this matter with

DME's office.  If the DME's office is not able to help, then we will  initiate a suitable further course of action.
