Subject: Gentle Reminder – Proposal for Collaborative Partnership – Reg.
Dear Sir / Madam,
Warm greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF)!
This is a kind reminder regarding our earlier email dated 07.10.2025, with the subject “Proposal for Collaborative Partnership to Promote Horticultural Plantation Initiatives – Reg.” The email was sent along with a detailed letter (attached in PDF format) outlining our intent to collaborate with your esteemed organization in promoting horticultural and tree plantation programs among farmers across our operational areas.
As we have not received a response so far, we wished to gently follow up to confirm whether our proposal was received and under consideration. Our team and the farmers’ groups who approached us remain very enthusiastic about working in association with the SankalpTaru Foundation, whose initiatives we deeply admire.
We sincerely hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience with guidance on the next steps or partnership modalities.
Thank you very much for your valuable time and continued commitment to a greener India.
Warm regards,
(ABDUL NASEER)

Subject: URGENT: Second Reminder – Clarification Sought on Collaborative Partnership Proposal
Date: 25.11.2025
To: SankalpTaru Foundation (Head Office) Bima Vihar Rd, Doon IT Park, Govind Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248013
Attention: The Managing Director / Board of Trustees
Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from our Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).
We are writing to you with a sense of deep concern regarding our previous correspondence. This serves as a second reminder regarding our initial proposal sent on 07.10.2025, followed by our gentle reminder on 27.10.2025, concerning a potential collaborative partnership to promote horticultural plantation initiatives.
It is genuinely discouraging to note that to date, there has been neither an acknowledgement nor a response to our communications. As an organization dedicated to service, we hold professional courtesy and communication in high regard, and the complete silence from an esteemed organization such as yours is both unexpected and disappointing.
We wish to bring to your attention a specific logistical concern. Adhering to HHF policy, we sent hard copies of our correspondence via Registered Post to ensure they reached you. However, the hard copy directed to your Regional Office in Bangalore was returned to us undelivered. This leads us to believe that your Bangalore office may no longer be functioning. Consequently, we are directing this gentle yet firm reminder solely to your Head Office in Dehradun.
We are at a juncture where we must be direct. Your continued silence will be presumed as an indication that the SankalpTaru Foundation is no longer interested in operational activities within South India.
At HHF, our commitment is unwavering. We are eagerly looking forward to collaborating and focusing our energy on helping our fellow Indian nationals and local farmers, rather than diverting attention to foreign nations. We believe charity and development must begin at home, and we identified your foundation as a partner who shared this national vision.
Therefore, we insist that you provide a definitive response. We request that you either:
1. Express your interest in proceeding with a collaboration with HHF, OR
2. Explicitly state your disinterest in this regard so that we may close this file and look for alternative partners for our farmers.
We believe that professional transparency is the foundation of any noble cause. We look forward to your early, positive, and clear response.
Warm regards,
(ABDUL NASEER)

Subject: FINAL REMINDER: Proposal for Collaborative Partnership to Promote Horticultural Plantation Initiatives – Reg.
Date: 12.01.2026
To: SankalpTaru Foundation (Head Office) Bima Vihar Rd, Doon IT Park, Govind Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248013
Attention: The Managing Director / Board of Trustees
Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF).
We are compelled to address you once more with profound disappointment and concern regarding our repeated attempts to engage in a collaborative partnership. This serves as our third and final reminder concerning our initial proposal dated 07.10.2025, our gentle reminder dated 27.10.2025, and our second reminder dated 25.11.2025, all pertaining to a potential collaboration to promote horticultural plantation initiatives among farmers in our operational areas.
Despite the passage of over three months since our first communication, and notwithstanding the clear and detailed nature of our proposals—including the attached letter outlining our intent, organisational background, and the farmers' representation—we have received no acknowledgement, response, or indication of interest from your esteemed organization. This persistent silence is not only contrary to professional norms but also undermines the shared goals of environmental sustainability and community upliftment that both our foundations purport to champion.
As previously noted in our second reminder, we adhered to HHF policy by dispatching hard copies via Registered Post. The copy sent to your Bengaluru Regional Office was returned undelivered, raising further questions about your operational presence in South India. Consequently, all subsequent communications, including this one, have been directed exclusively to your Head Office in Dehradun.
At HHF, we remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting Indian farmers and prioritising national development over international diversions. However, your continued non-responsiveness forces us to interpret this as a deliberate disinterest in partnering for activities within South India. In the absence of any reply, we will have no choice but to conclude this matter definitively.
We insist, for the final time, that you provide a clear and unequivocal response by [specify a deadline, e.g., 26.01.2026]. Please either:
Confirm your interest in proceeding with a collaboration with HHF, including details on partnership modalities and next steps,
OR
Explicitly state your disinterest, allowing us to close this file, inform the affected farmers' groups, and pursue alternative partners who align with our vision of a greener and self-reliant India.
Failure to respond by the stipulated date will compel us to escalate this issue appropriately, including potentially sharing our experience with relevant regulatory bodies, environmental networks, and the public to highlight challenges in inter-organisational collaboration for noble causes.
Professional transparency and accountability are essential to maintaining trust in the non-profit sector, and we expect no less from an organisation of your repute.
We sincerely hope this final appeal elicits the courtesy of a reply, enabling us to redirect our efforts toward productive outcomes for the communities we serve.
Warm regards, ABDUL NASEER Managing Director Helping Hands Foundation (HHF)
