We acknowledge receipt of your email dated July 4, 2025, forwarding the matter to the Member Secretary, Delhi SLSA, with a request for appropriate action. We appreciate this action.

However, we must express our significant frustration and concern that despite several similar communications and orders issued on earlier occasions, we have yet to receive any substantive response or action from the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (SCLSC) or any other relevant organizations. We refer to our previous emails, including those sent on May 9, 2025, June 21, 2025, and June 24, 2025, which highlighted our appeal for free legal aid and streamlined communication.

It is disheartening when directives and requests appear to go unheeded by the concerned parties. 

We earnestly question the utility of such orders and forwarding communications when they do not translate into tangible action or even a basic response from the agencies involved. 

This persistent silence from the suitable agencies on a matter affecting thousands of elderly retirees is deeply concerning and frankly, frustrating for our foundation and those we strive to assist.

We urge you to consider the impact of this lack of responsiveness and to ensure that appropriate instructions are issued to all concerned authorities for a prompt and meaningful resolution.
