     This is prem sagar from chittoor, I had wrongly made a IMPS transaction at kotak 811 and had raised the same concern with kotak and sapthagiri grameena Bank ( currently andhra pradesh grameena bank) as well, even after repeated follow ups my issue didn't get solved I raised the complaint to RBI Ombudsman as well I would kindly request you to help me to get my money back.
