Sir,

Subject: Reminder Regarding Pending Medical Reimbursement Claim

Greetings from Helping Hands Foundation (HHF)!

This is a gentle reminder regarding our email dated 31.12.2024, which included the attached documents related to Dr. P.V. Chandra Sekharan’s medical reimbursement claim. As mentioned in the letter attached to that email, Mrs. P. Samanthaka Mani sent the hard copies of all the required documents through the Registered Post to your office in Vijayawada on 6.1.2025. According to the tracking results, these documents were delivered to your office on 8.1.2025.

For your reference, we are attaching the photocopies of the Registered Post fee payment receipt and the tracking results.

We are concerned that there has been no acknowledgment of the receipt of our email dated 31.12.2024 or the hard copies sent by Registered Post.

This matter has already been delayed for more than three years, and we urge you to expedite the immediate settlement of the medical bills.

If the bills cannot be settled immediately, kindly inform us of the reasons for the delay so that we may initiate a suitable further course of action.

We look forward to your prompt response and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

With regards,
Abdul Naseer
Managing Director

Sir,

This is our second reminder regarding the medical reimbursement claim of Dr. P.V. Chandra Sekharan.

Despite our email dated 31.12.2024, and the subsequent gentle reminder on 19.1.2025, there has been no acknowledgment or action from your office.

As stated in our earlier correspondence, Mrs. P. Samanthaka Mani sent the hard copies of all the required documents via Registered Post on 6.1.2025. According to the tracking results, these documents were delivered to your office on 8.1.2025.

It is deeply concerning and unacceptable that a matter pending for over three years continues to face such delays without any valid explanation. We demand an immediate settlement of the medical bills. If a settlement cannot be processed without further delay, your office must provide a clear and detailed explanation for the same.

Failure to address this issue promptly will leave us with no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and take necessary action to ensure justice is served.

For more details on our way of tackling these types of issues, please refer to the content in the link: https://helpinghandsnaseer.blogspot.com/2020/07/helping-hands-strategy.html

We urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond without any further delay.
