Which city is best now a days for settlement

I am a new member to this group. I am Pak CA working in middleast.
This group contains very useful info.

I would appreciate if some one guides me that which city one should
prefer to get settle. I am thinking of Perth. Is it a right decision.


Further If some one needs help to settle in Saudi Arabia. I am open
for any kind of info. & guidance.
