The all new Telegram update version 2.10, released some really helpful set of features. The users can now reply to someone specific in the groups with their names tagged by '@'.  Im not sure but I think the user will get notified/get a specific notification if this is means it.

Another good use is for searching specific stuff in future, the users can now use hashtags '#' in their group/individual chats. This will make searching specific things easier in long conversations.

Good stuff #Telegram ;)
