While most social photo apps as instagram and mobli are quite popular and easy to use, the number one frustration with these apps are the 2 choices of blur effect. Being only limited to a circular or rectangle area. While these are convenient in some instance most of us have to deal with this major inconvenience.
Would it not be great if someone would create an app to select the area I wish to blur by simply touching the desired area? Well someone did!
Introducing the Layershop( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ibcmobile.getimage ) app for Android, the app which allows you chose your area you wish to apply your blur effect (plus many more) and then you can export the pictures to Instagram or your favorite photo app and continue sharing with your friends.
Best of all it is free!
