[New App feature][Android India] New feature in Android Chrome saves data usage.

So last night I got a message in Chrome asking me if I wanted to enable a new feature for them that could save significant amounts of data. Upwards of 50%.

Here are the pictures/information from my phone.

So far it claims to have saved me 30+% of data.

And here are some pictures of the settings in Chrome for Android.

Seems pretty good so far.
