Have you ever wonder about shutdown and start you pc remotely. In the era of smartphone it is pretty much possible to do these task. Beside it you can also perform these task using Microsoft Excel. Today we are going to show how to shutdown & start your PC remotely with android device. Shutdown/Start your PC with Remotely with Android device is an really easy task once you know the way. To perform this task you don’t need high end device, you don’t  need rooted phone, you don’t need to install and configure software on your PC. With click of few things you would be able to do so. So lets get started and see.

 

How To Shutdown & Start Your PC Remotely With Android Device

 

Step 1 -

You have to download a .Jar file for your PC to get this trick work for you. It is really easy, no installation required. If you are running windows 8 . You have to install Java on your pc.

Step 2-

 

After Download it You need to install an application on your Android Device. ( Or search on Google Play For Shutdown Start Remote )

You can download the app from this link  - Download for Phone 

 

 

After you have Installed the app on your Device , It is time to open the Application and connect your PC with the phone.

 

Step 3 

RUN  the .Jar file in your PC

 

It will open the program on your PC.

 

Now click on the show ip and it will show you the QR and IP address for connecting you device to the PC.

 

Step 4-

 

Start your Android application

 

 

Now it will ask you to connect to your PC. If you are in a same WiFi connection you can simply Scan for connected PCs. If you are connect with different networks you can either scan QR or insert IP address manually.

Enter the internal IP Address

 

If you have entered the correct IP or Scanned the WiFi correctly it will show the list of PCs

Step 5

Once you have entered the IP address now you can successfully command you PC to shutdown and start. When you click on the PC it will show you three options

You can Shutdown, Restart or Hibernate your PC.

You can start the countdown via tapping on the screen. Countdown will also start in you PC.

After the proffered time PC will Shutdown/Restart.

If you PC is in Hibernate or shutdown you can start your pc.
