[Help] (UID mismatch) (/data problem) After a fresh install [Help]

Hi,

I was using Viper ROM 4.4.2 (HTC One)
then i decided to flash Carbon rom(4.4.2) (via TWRP)
Everything went fine untill booted the rom i was greeted with this error message:

and now i am unable to install any apps on the phone
Also i am unable to wipe data partion via TWRP
TWRP get stuck when i factory reset
any help is much appreciated
