Dear Ms Bijapurkar,

I refer to some email correspondence on this mailing list as well as our telecon on 31.Oct.2013. I had immediately emailed Mr. A M Naik (Chairman BoG/IIMA) at Mr Naik's email ID which you gave me in connection with the cyber defamation campaign being launched against me and also the "India Against Corruption" from IIMA

Unfortunately, I have not received any reply / acknowledgment from Mr. Naik or anybody else at IIMA. I also hope that IIMA or its Board of Governors takes swift action against the perpetrators within IIMA, some of whom may even be occupying high positions there.

For some unexplained reason, which nobody is prepared to convey to me,
official emails I send to the IIM-A officers such as Director/IIM-A
are being blocked. (please see the reasons below) for past 2 or 3
days.

After due inquiry I have established that my above email ID has been
blocked by IIMA.

I have reason to believe that this "policy" to block my emails to the
Director  has been instituted by a certain lady professor in IIMA's
Computer / Telecom Dept, who is now also on the IIMA's Board of
Governors, so as to prevent me from conveying certain information
about the fake, plagiarised and bogus research she conducts after
availing public funds from the Govt. of India. The said "paid
research" has made IIM-Ahmedabad a laughing stock in academic and
industry circles..

I may inform you that I have been in regular email correspondence with
several IIM-A officers for several months now. in a civilised, formal
and decent manner. It is thus a matter of concern if my emails are to
be blocked / censored in such fashion. As Mr. Kiran Karnik is well
aware the IIMA's Chief Administrative Officer was supposed to revert
to me with his inquiry conclusion last month, he is yet to do so. This
is yet another example of inquiry reports being suppressed to shield
this lady and her accomplices. This is also a consequence of the IIMA
being without a Director for so many months, and the new Director is
hardly ever in India to ensure discipline in the IIMA.

I would therefore be grateful if my emails to you are forwarded to the
IIMA Director for initiating suitable disciplinary action under CCS
Rules 1965 under intimation to me.

Sir

It is indeed regrettable that your Institute officers have not
reverted back to me with the action they have taken to suspend /
dismiss the persons who used IIM-A computer resources to commit cyber
offences directed at me and my organisations, including under false
names.

I would therefore request you to kindly direct / instruct the Dean
(Prof. Ajay Pandey) and the CAO (Cdr. Manoj Bhat) to do the needful
and ensure that the guilty person(s) who committed those crimes is
publicly suspended or dismissed forthwith, especially since I have
reason to believe that IIM-A is covering up this matter because senior
IIM-A faculty members (who India Against Corruption was researching)
are involved. The details are well known to Prof. Pandey / CAO and are not being repeated in interest of brevity.
