1) "Unsubscribe" and "opt-out" links are given at footer of each message from this list.

2) We appreciate if emails in reply are "trimmed" to remove mail-trails.

3) Subscribers can request to have their official/Institute related email IDs replaced by their personal emails IDs on Gmail, Yahoo etc. This will also avoid "censorship" and mass blocking of emails by their Institute.

4) It is clarified that all views, opinions etc expressed or circulated by participants on this mailing list are deemed to be their personal views stated in their private capacity and not those of their organisations/institutes, unless it is expressly stated as such.

5) From time to time (Once in 2 weeks) an email may be circulated titled as "Hit Reply to leave this list".

6) Subscribers are encouraged to circulate emails from this list to their other networks for wider discussion and dissemination in alumni and professional circles. Subscribers agree that all emails posted to this list are in the public domain and may be copied and distributed by anyone without restrictions.

7) This list and its managers are not liable for any consequences arising from circulation of list message posts to its subscribers.
