Here is the information regarding  library version.

Standard Cell library :- L180_MMRF => fsa0m_a => 2009Q2.0 => GERNERIC_CORE
IO Pad library for Digital :- L180_MMRF => fsa0m_a => 2008Q3v1.2 => 50T_GENERIC_IO

IO Pad library for Analog :- L180_GII => fsa0a_c =>2009Q2v3.0 => T33_ANALOGESD_IO
Tech files for Analog Design :- UMC18_MIXMODE_RF => designkit => Cadence

Note :- if you don't have these library version then please download from imec site all latest version.
