Third installment Demand

Hi All

Want to check with ABJK Block owners , if they received the demand notice for 3rd installment ( i.e 10% after initial 20%). I was told by them that for C block it is going to come in Nov 2015.

Hi

I have received the demand letter today for 3rd installment . Mine is C903 . I was asked to pay the installment by sep 30th and they said that construction started for C block as well.

We can ask them for the pics . Also is anyone going with Indiabulls for homeloan ? I am planning to go ahead with them since SBI is asking for hell lot of documentation.

Did you guy try some other bank ?? any experiences or suggestions

Did you try other private banks like icici or hdfc, I'm not pretty comfortable taking loan from the construction company itself, 3rd party would do proper due deligence before approving and releasing loan amounts based on their progress , upto you though what best suits. I'm off to india eom, planning to check with above banks, will keep you posted here.

I received the notice for 3rd installmment.

Has anyone executed sale agreement?? Earlier I remember that few unacceptable clauses were there in the draft document. Without executing sale agreement, how can they expect the third installment amount??

Typically first 2 floors would be hypothecated to GVMC and they will be released once GVMC is satisfied that the construction was within the norms of the approved plan etc..

This is what I know , Mine is in C Block C903

Hi All,

I recently booked C-402. I am given invoice for initial 20% spreading for 60 days and immediately asked for 3rd installment of 10% by 10th December stating as work started for C-Block. I already own a flat in IB Centrum Hyderabad and I know the extraction tactics of IB with out much progress on ground. We used to resist the demands by asking for real progress and then only to make demand for installments. More over my advise is not to go for India Bulls Financing. You will end up with paying huge interests and other hidden charges later. We need to ask IB to produce the list of bankers where the project is sanctioned so that we can avail loan there.
Can some one who is residing in Vizag share the actual ground reality on progress of work.
