Dates update in Madurai

Dear India '13 team members:

I wanted to let you know that we will have the facilities in Madurai for you January 20th through February 7th.

I am working out all the details of the RUSS program with professor Chithra Edwin at Lady Doak. The program will end on February 6th, but I have ensured that, in case flight out of Madurai for any of you is later than anticipated, you will have a place Feb 6th night and can fly out on the 7th.

I am out of town, as you know. However, I would love to speak with each of you over the phone. So in the next couple of days, I will call you. But you should feel free to call me any time. See cell below.

When you have a moment to shift gears (since Fall term has ended), please start reading the packet of materials. They are not that difficult to read but will help us all have common understandings of the connection between service and learning especially when we have a different cultural context and the period of engagement is rather short.

Daily, my excitement for the trip is increasing. I look forward to getting to know each one of you in order to offer my best.
