We are looking for Head – Safety & Environment, professionals who are
experts in the given below areas for our esteemed client; who is one
of the leading and reputed Business House.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
1. Ensure that Safety & Environmental Management systems are in place
across all the units.
2. Evolving strategies to implement Corporate Safety & Environmental
Policies across all fertilizer units
3. Obtaining approvals / clearances from Statutory Authorities for
enhanced production / new product development / process modifications
4. Maintain good relations with Government and other agencies to
resolve bilateral issues amicably if any.
5. Sharing of best Safety & Environmental practices across the units
and also gathering best practices in the Industry and adopting them
for the company
6. Enhancing company image by making presentations on Safety &
Environmental aspects at various forums.
7. Ensuring emergency preparedness plans are in place across all the units.
8. Ensuring that all show cause notices in respect of Safety &
Environmental issues received by the units are properly addressed
SKILL SETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
1. Liasion with Government agencies.
2. Ensuring contract workmen safety.
3. Balancing compliance to safety & Environmental Acts Vs Business requirement.
4. Educating neighborhood on Safety & Environment related information
and preparing them to face emergencies effectively.
5. To bring up standards of Safety & Environment to world class level.

6. Experience in Manufacturing /Fertiliser Industries
Locations : Hyderabad
Salary: CTC about 20+ Lacs per annum, though not a constraint for right
candidate.
