Hi,
Following is the plan :
12:15 Dharmesh shall kick-off the panel discussion from the dias. Just 1-2 mins on the topic and the way the event shall proceed. He shall explain the chief interaction mode as Q&A wherein the questions shall be written down on paper and given to the volunteers nearby. He shall then briefly introduce the panelists and ask the moderator Bala Girisaballa to take over.
12:20 Bala shall take over and moderate the discussion.
Dharmesh would have already given the few questions from IIMB community to him
Dharmesh, Mekhala and Saurabh shall be collecting the questions while the panelists discuss the topic.The questions shall be passed on to Bala by Dharmesh.
At the end Dharmesh shall give a thank you note to the PMs,students and panelists for the stimulating discussion. Karthik to take over and invite people for Networking Lunch....
Logistics:
The panelists shall be facing the audience . They would probably need 2 mics.
The volunteers would need one mic.
The participants would need pen and paper for their questions which are already being provided as a part of the registration kit. The volunteers would also carry a few pens and paper pads, just in case.
Please tell me if I have missed out something.
