One more information related to Pt 4 of CP's email

Professor knew that research was not the focus of this event. I had got the agenda pre-approved. The changes that happened without his knowledge and after this email were
1) Pinkesh Shah's movement to panel as documented earlier
2) Smitha Murthy's session on sponsorship request
3) I personally presenting the research work. This was a decision taken on the last day.
Paula Grey's invitation for the candle lighting was specifically discussed with CP with his approval along with the possibility of she being asked to come on the stage even if briefly.

We had some drop outs from the event notably that of Mr. Ujwal Tickoo (PGSEM 2006) due to personal reasons; however we have managed to rope in new industry personalities since last 2 weeks from SAP, Mindtree and July Systems.
Also as you had suggested, we reached out to Prof Ganesh Prabhu who very kindly agreed to be the part of the first panel discussion on Challenges & Opportunities : Product Management in Captive Setups
