Thanks for the excellent work Joel and Kavash. Really appreciate you guys doing that.

I have sorted out the rankings (discounting breakout session as there are hardly any responses there). The only surprise is for the PD - 2, which as I heard the feedback from a lot of people and should have been rated much higher.
