Request for comment on my draft presentation for the 13-14 April Conference

I've drafted a preliminary outline of my presentation for 13th April. I'd appreciate your comments.

16 people have registered so far. I know of another 10 who are likely to attend. That makes 25 or so, apart from IIPA faculty. Space will soon start running out. I suggest everyone who wants to attend please register as soon as possible, so I can send confirmations. 

Please note that registering is not sufficient. I will send you a written confirmation closer to the actual date of the Conference based on seat availability, etc.

Details about the Conference are provided here: http://indiapolicy.org/. There are no fees for Indians but sponsorship is sought to cover costs. Please contribute generously.
