I am sorry I did not get it.
We will send the invite to all..in Ahmedabad including chetna.
What we need to fix is a venue and the timing.
If we can have the meeting at 11 am then we can finish it by 2 pm. I will need a projector to show some short videos as well as the PPT...
Will send u the concept note.
With the theme for the year 2016.
We may have to organise some snacks ..a packed box  depending on how many confirm.
Last time we had the planning meeting at conflictorium initiated by Gagan and his team.
