LOCK DOWN : UNLOCK III

This Brown-headed Barbet is a Resident Breeding Bird of
Sector 15A, Noida but stays mostly on the Big Tree and
in the Parks but does visit my area as well now and then.

Laughing Dove, of course, are all over the Sector and a
family is always present in my area.

On 13th, when the Barbet decided to come and perch 
“On-Line” in front of House 355, there was an argument.
It was so intense and fast, my aged reflexes were not
fast enough to catch.  Soon, they were perhaps advised
of Articles 14 to 19 by Jurist Sudhir Agrawal that enshrine 
Right to Equality and the Peace returned..
