an Automation Engineering Manager

•Responsible for overall Project, Controls (electrical, pneumatic,
etc.), and Software Design. •Lead the team in translating customer
requirements into specifications for Software Design. •Develop and
execute the project plan including manpower. •Design, program, and
install PLC-based systems including supervision of others. •Create
controls/electrical schematics and direct others in the creation of
schematics. •Create/debug ladder logic and assist others in same.
•Provide direction and technical support to field programmers and
technicians.

Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience •10+ years of experience in
process control and/or automation PLC and HMI programming •2-3 years
experience as a supervisor/manager •Excellent oral and written
communication skills •Strong problem-solving skills •Demonstrated
project management skills •Ability to organize and effectively convey
technical information to members of management, coworkers, and clients
Preferred Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited
college or university in Computer Science,
