Jr. Software Developer

* Development of application components, pages and functions as
directed by Software Development Manager and/or Project Lead *
Correction of existing software “bugs” by making code changes and
testing code changes to ensure fixes to applications * Maintains and
may modify existing applications under direction from Software
Development Manager and or Project Lead. * Communicates with Quality
Assurance to ensure that all software changes are well documented and
understood. * Understanding and application of corporate coding and
style guides * Communication of status, progress and issues to team
leads * Employees may be required to perform other related duties as
assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

* Beginner experience in software development * Some experience with
web based software development (ASP and ASP.NET preferred) * Excellent
communication, organization and documentation skills. * Ability to
learn quickly and retain knowledge * Excellent written skills and
attention to detail and quality * Positive attitude, enthusiasm,
motivation and a desire for continuous improvement. * Some SQL
experience (any database, MS SQL Server preferred) * Experience with
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other business-related
software. * Experience with various Internet technologies. * Actively
pursuing Computer Science or closely related degree.
