Job Description:

Ensure smooth acquisition and entrance to the new site. 

Handle land matters including acquisition, crop compensation - Lead process of acquisition for Nigiria

Attend all major community meetings personally (not sending assistant)

Try to plan meetings ahead with Obi (What is the purpose of the meeting and why if money required)

Coordinate with all security agencies & ensure proper work ethic

Make sure that all truck exports leave Client State safely & securely

Monitor and prevent illegal construction of buildings with 1km of our mines/tailings dam

Monitor illegal mining and work out solution to work with miners

Reduce theft from site.
